Gavin + Lydia Tied The Knot!!

Happy Chinese New Year Everyone! We hope that you had a great time of eating your favorite dishes, merry-making and visiting with your loved ones. After all the enjoyment, it is now time for us to reveal our next wedding theme for you!

Sitting peacefully in the countryside of our hustling city-state is the Masons at Gillman Barracks, located at the corner of Lock Road. Vintage, exquisite, elegant and yet, deep-rooted in history are words to describe the wedding location. The contrast of the black and white made the buildings bring out an English glow, surrounded by a belt of luscious greenery. You can’t help but to feel tranquilized by this quiet corner of our tiny island.

Taking inspiration from the tranquility of the countryside, we created a Natural Elegance theme for Gavin+Lydia. Using white and green as the main color of the decor, dusty blue and wooden brown were gilded to make the entire wedding more dreamy & botanical. We tie each lamp post leading up to the wedding venue with hundred of floating helium balloons in shades of blue and pearl white. The guests were greeted with the English elegant reception table that we adorned with dusty blue table linen and flashes of wooden props and foliage. The dining area was draped across with beautiful leaf garlands intertwined with some tiny wild flowers. It was such a pleasure to work with Gavin & Lydia to create a day that truly reflected them and their relationship – something warm, intimate, and filled with love!

Without a further ado, please enjoy all the romantic details captured by SmittenPixels!

A huge congrats to you, Gavin + Lydia! And may all your seasons be as dreamy as this one.

We hope you have a wonderful month of LOVE – February, till the next post! Do remember to follow us on Wedding_Diary Instagram to get updates on our most recent works.
