Hi lovely readers,
Here is a quick update on our current obsessions. Although we are maxed out with weddings, preparation works for the upcoming wedding events and meetings here and there but I just couldn’t resist doing something to the props in our studio.
By using one of my favourite spot in our studio office, we created a love inspiration corner. This setting was designed with a tinge of vibrancy and cheerfulness.
We found this wooden rattan box few days ago and I’m totally in love with it. Love at the first sight! Haa!! The thought is for this display to be an interesting visual piece for eyes to take in the beauty of little treasures that you may find around your grandma’s house. You can mix in with delicious sweets which make it so much more fun than a typical dessert table! Or drink stations decorated with some wild flowers and old books? Why not? It carries so much vintage vibe.
Incorporate with blush and baby pink paper lanterns to inject the sweetness to the settings. The lace and the fairy lights are the icing on the cake that adds a beautiful, romantic fairy-tale-like & magical touch to the whole settings.
I’ve had so much enjoyed these little moments. It was indeed a very fun & fulfilling “workout session” for us! Total Love!
white classic wooden table + vintage cushion chairs!
Wild flowers in our DIY rustic wooden crate. Doesn’t it feel dreamy romantic, already?
Gerbera accompanied with assorted wild/berries flowers, placed in a laced mason jar. The candle at the background is held by a rustic candleholder, and supported by some brown rice at its glass base.
Tips for brides-to-be: Depending on the colour-theme of the wedding, the supporting base for the candle (where the brown rice is) can be replaced with other coloured substances (eg. various coloured fine sand).
One of our favourite shots! Feels like a fairy is gonna jump out anytime!
We also brought our inspirations outdoor! To the park just right below our studio.
A simple and naturalistic “Just Married” wedding banner propped against a scenery of greens and cream white, peach and pink lace that adds warmth and cheerfulness (and brings out the little girl in you)!
This set-up can be used as a vow-exchange or photo-booth background in the wedding.
Last but not least, introducing our latest retro creations props! The trishaw miniatures (handmade)!
Take a look at these lovely miniatures that compliments the simple and naturalistic theme. Also right for couples seeking a vintage, rustic wedding theme.
The DIY “L-O-V-E” made using gold dust! Perfect for all couples who want to add that extra bold punch to your wedding!
That’s all for our inspirations moment.
Stay tuned for more updates! (:with Love, Wedding Diary
